10th and 11th of June New Gretna NJ

Left over from Fri.:
Gary got rid of the oil for 3 oil changes (thats big). I washed the boat and scrubbed the bow rail. While looking through Gary's shower bag he found the $150.00 key from UTSCH'S Marina in Cape May. He phoned the marina and let them know that it would be in the mail Saturday. Which it was. Brittany was invited to sleep over on the Sea Spirit and watch movies. She loved the idea and Gary and I had our first night alone in a long time.

Saturday: We slept in and then walked over to Allens Dock. People started gongregating by the Sea Spirit and a bit of a party ensued. We took a couple of trips over to the VICTORIA to give tours and introduce some of the animal lovers in the crowd to Eddie and Misty. As the evening passed, others came by and played the guitar for us as we sat around and sang a few little rock and roll dittys. Then the hosts with the most, fed us a fabulous dinner of beef loin that had been cut into steaks & baked potatoes.MMMMMMM then we went home and hit the rack.

Sunday: There isn't a church close by so that didn't happen today. Instead I made eggs and roast beef hash in my new electric fry pan!! I called Diane and Bill and invited them over. They had already made up some sausages and home fries. So I suggested that they bring it with em so we could eat together. That's what we did. Delicious. Gary went for a grocery run with B n Diane and now we'll prepare for dinner together. Wayne and Patti took some folks out for a slow boat ride on the Bum's Rest. They invited us but we replied that we've been on a slow boat ride for 9 months. Thanks anyway. :) We'll probably use the marina grill up at the gazebo. If anything interesting happens I'll let you know.

Oh, one more thing, some have brought it to my attention that accessing the archives is an issue. So I've contacted blogger and asked for assistance. I'll let you know about that to.
