This morning we pulled up to the gas dock and painfully filled up (400 + incl 5% discount cause we bought over 100 gallons-good eye Brittany), paid for our stay(turns out we were on the wrong mooring there were 2 Sea Stars in the field) , bought 3 ice, filled generator, filled outboard, filled water tanks, walked Eddie, and washed down the boat with fresh water. I don't know what they were doin? Just kidding...........group effort. Then we motored ALL day in the blazin heat. It's 5:10 as I write this and it is still a scorcher.

On Sunday some people came by to look at Paul and Pats Sea Star. Looks like its a done deal. They'll motor the boat a little further along to Charlestown and have it hauled for a survey. But the boat is in great shape. It's a 1988.

Side note reffering to a pic listed yesterday. Gio and Destiny are on the boat Destiny. They were in the Bahamas anchored near a construction site in Rock Bay. Destiny went up into the cabin area and noticed a couople of bees buzzing around and called Gio. She's allergic and they were anchored pretty remote. She has a couple of EPI pens just in case. Gio comes up and looks around and says "OH MY G...................." The mast was covered in bees. Seems the construction had misplaced a swarm of bees and they adopted "DESTINY" as their new home. Some frantic calls were made and there just so happened to be an exterminator on the construction grounds. He comes out to the boat and says "it will be 4". Now from 2 trapped in their own boat 4 sounds just fine. Whatever 4 really means. He extinguishes the swarm which was about 4 feet, by one ft, by say 1 foot. He sprays it and the thing falls into the water and the other bees dispersed and or died. Destiny asks what the 4 means and the guy says $400.00. "I'll have to write you a check". No problem the extinguisher says as he's dinghying off with the check in hand,"good thing I was in the area, those were KILLER BEES from AFRICA." She almost fainted.............. poor thing.

Tonight we are planning on getting a pizza and sitting in the Titusville screened in area for dinner with France and Ian. I'll sleep there if its bug free. Last night Gary and I fell asleep only to awaken to the torment of no seeums. Under the sheets we go, but it was very hot and muggy. Tonight its tons of spray , give me chemicals .....................

Oh, heard from Jean Marc........looks like he's doing overnights and is in a big hurry to get home and kiss his girlfriend. He's at mile marker 200 something and we are at 878. Going north the numbers are going backwards. There is no way we'll catch up to him. Looks like we'll have to catch up to him in NY later on in the summer.

Keep us in your prayers, your in ours
