Friday eve and Sat 12-03 Headed to Daytona Beach

Its still chilly and last night was no exception. Gary dropped me off on the Magali to start cooking horsdevours while he took BT and Eddie to the beach to go potty. Just Eddie going potty. We had a nice dinner together and then back to the Victoria for an early night.

We invited JM over for some pan cakes and he has to bring the coffee.Gary takes JM back to his boat and then lends him a hand to get off the anchor. The current is ripping here and so the anchor gets dug in pretty hard. Jean Marc passed us at idle speed doing like 8 knots. About the speed your head would move if you watched a Pelican fly by. So JM is on his way now and its our turn. Gary gets on the bow with Brittany at the hose(when the anchor chain comes up, many times its covered with goop and BT's job is to spray it clean, cause it is stored in the bow next to our feet and it would smell eventually if not put away clean). I have to drive from up top, in the direction that Capt. Gary indicates, and this morning it was very tough to get the anchor to let go. However, in no time we are on our way, Gary and BT make it look easy.

I'm calling all the glass places in Daytona Beach and vicinity to no avail. Most of them are not open and the ones that are don't sell sheets of glass. The $$$ is in the installation.

Your in our prayers , keep us in yours
