Monday the 16th (?)

We're losing track of time. The big Weather summit was held tonight and the general consensus is.....we'll have to wait and see what the weather looks like in the morning. It's just terrible. However,some of our friends Kim, Leona & Patti (on the "Whisper") are helping us cope through laughter therapy while Jean Marc played his guitar tonight, made up a song and sang it for Gary. Gary started a fire in the fireplace and Leona took it over, she's a self acclaimed piro. :-)

Earlier in the day Kim and I rode bikes into town for more provisions. We had a great time at the Promenade/board walk. Many places are closed now so that helps us keep the spending to a minimum. Acme market and the Ace harware stores are our favorite haunts. Not much to report today. We do want to get underway but we are having a great time while being detained.

Update on the house situation:The tenants have water and the bill is being sent in the mail. Excellent. It was some switch on the well pump or something.

Tomorrow we have to get up at 6 and listen to the radio to some others that are making a go of it. We'll see if they come back to the dock or not.

PSS: GREAT NEWS - for those of you who are following Jean Marc's situation, 1) His stepson is on the mend, 2)His brother inlaw is sending him his key, 3)and he found his bait bucket. So things are turning around for him. We told him it was because we prayed for him Sunday.
