Friday-Drum Point Lighthouse and Museum

Introducing Frank King- Drum Point Lighthouse volunteer extraordinaire! ! What a wonderful well of historic information. The lighthouse itself is octagon in shape and the first keeper of the light lived here with his wife and SEVEN children. After I get all the pics uploaded, check out the privy. It is an outhouse that hangs alone over the water. Keep in mind, this was a light house that was out on Drum Point, in the water. I wonder if any kids ever fell through. or cats? Misty is doing much better. Eddie is just happy hangin out with us. I use us loosely. Gary is his idle.

We walked into "town" today and did a little shopping, a little walking. The big doin's was of course the Lighthouse tour and museum.
